As a wedding videographer, I film couples all over Europe, and I'm happy to travel to the Croatian coast. I film discreetly, let your day find its own rhythm and capture the moments that stay with you: the excitement of getting ready, your vows with a view of the sea, the party late into the night.

Yes, foreign couples can have a civil wedding in Croatia. You'll need certified and translated documents — the local registry office will tell you exactly which ones. Many couples choose a symbolic ceremony by the sea instead.
May, June and September are ideal: warm weather, a pleasant sea and fewer crowds than in high summer. In July and August, it's worth holding the ceremony in the late afternoon — the evening light over the Adriatic is unbeatable on film.
The larger islands such as Hvar and Brač are easy to reach by ferry or catamaran, and boats can be chartered for groups. Allow plenty of time — and the crossing itself can become one of the most beautiful parts of your film.
