Wedding videographer in Germany – wedding films with character

As a wedding videographer, I accompany couples at very special weddings all over Germany — from elegant celebrations in historic castles and exclusive venues to modern weddings in the heart of nature.

My aim isn't to stage your wedding day. I observe what truly happens: the quiet moments before the ceremony, genuine emotion, the unexpected and all the small details that make your day personal.

The result is a refined, cinematic wedding film with a timeless visual style — told in your own way and crafted so that you can feel the atmosphere of your wedding again, many years from now.

Michelle & Nikolas – a wedding at the Kyrburg in Kirn

A wedding high above Kirn, surrounded by history and an extraordinary backdrop. Michelle & Nikolas celebrated their wedding day at the Kyrburg with personal moments, emotional encounters and a very special atmosphere. The wedding film weaves all these memories into a modern, cinematic story — and shows just how individual a wedding at the Kyrburg can be.

The Kutz family wedding – Kavalierhaus Caputh on Lake Schwielow

A wedding at Kavalierhaus Caputh combines a historic atmosphere with its beautiful setting on Lake Schwielow. The Kutz family celebrated a personal wedding day here, full of genuine encounters, emotion and carefree moments. The wedding film captures not only the big moments, but also the small scenes in between — told naturally, elegantly and with a cinematic eye.

Where in Germany I film weddings

From castles on the Rhine to the lakes of Brandenburg — a few of the regions where I've already filmed weddings.

Rhine-Neckar & Kraichgau

Mannheim Palace, Bruchsal, Stutensee and Bad Schönborn: baroque architecture, sweeping parks and gardens with a Mediterranean feel for open-air ceremonies.

Bonn & the Rhineland

Riverside villas such as Villa Stella Rheni in Bonn pair elegance with views of the water — made for a symbolic ceremony in the garden.

Westerwald

Obermühle in Rengsdorf shows how timeless a wedding can feel among forests, half-timbered houses and a historic mill.

Nahe & Hunsrück

Castles like the Kyrburg high above Kirn offer a backdrop steeped in history — with sweeping views over the Nahe Valley.

Berlin & Brandenburg

Kavalierhaus Caputh on Lake Schwielow is all about lakeside weddings, just minutes from Potsdam.

And everywhere else

Hamburg, Munich or a winery on the Moselle — I'll come to your venue, wherever it is in Germany.

In the words of couples who trusted me with the memories of their most important day.

Planning a wedding in Germany: your questions

Answers to the most common questions about booking, the process, travel and delivery.

Yes. I live in Rhineland-Palatinate, and many of my weddings take place between the Rhineland, the Hunsrück and the Rhine-Neckar region. But I film couples all over Germany — from Berlin to Bavaria.

All of them. Whether it's a short ceremony at the registry office, a church wedding or a symbolic ceremony in a palace garden, I adapt to the flow of your day and film discreetly, without disturbing the ceremony. For church weddings, we check in advance what the parish allows in terms of cameras.

Most couples marry between May and September, when gardens and outdoor spaces are at their best. But autumn and winter weddings have a charm of their own: warm light, candlelight and an especially intimate mood that looks wonderfully atmospheric on film.

Popular Saturdays in peak season are often booked well in advance. Since I deliberately take on only a limited number of weddings each year, it's worth enquiring early — ideally as soon as you have your date and venue.

Yes. After your enquiry, we have a no-obligation introductory call to talk about your day, your wishes and the schedule. That way you know exactly what to expect — and I know what matters most to you.
